Starting out the home gym. It is possible to start with the space of 24 square feet of eva foam floor and a doorway. Using this space will enable you to complete a full-body workout. Read below and check out What you will need to got on the gain train at home.
Why make a home gym?
- Because it gives you full control of your equipment
- Makes a nice addition to any extra space at home
- Because it will help you focus your own ideas about your blog and what you’d like to do with it.
Here is what you need to start out:
Eva foam floor boards
These feel as if you are standing on a floor made of sandals. They will be easier on your feet and body and serves as a cushion to the floor. You can do an array of exercises lying
- Why are you blogging publicly, rather than keeping a personal journal?
- What topics do you think you’ll write about?
- Who would you love to connect with via your blog?
- If you blog successfully throughout the next year, what would you hope to have accomplished?
Doorway for Pull-up bar
Having the doorway will give you a base for a pull up bar. Having a pull-up bar is an essential tool and will be used for half of your workouts. All exercises done will be used against gravity meaning you will gain back and core
When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
Pair of Dumbbells
For the most benefits you will need a set of a light weight and a set of heavy. These can be done lying on the floor or standing up. They can perform exercises for all muscle groups. I recommend having a set of lighter weights for muscular endurance and a set of lighter for muscle entropy.
Set of resistance bands
Resistance bands will give you the ease of doing reps with resistance and are a great tool to go for the 100-rep sets.
Jump Rope
Jump rope is a great piece of cardio equipment with little space and tons of variations.
Extra pieces
- Set of Gymnast rings
- Stool or chair
- Mp3 player
- Timer
